Since 1901, our roofs stand the test of time.
Imagine a small town in New York about the turn of the century. A place where horse-drawn wagons must avoid the ever-present Model T and where the modern roofing still consists of wood, slate, tile, tin or copper. That's Baschnagel's past. And Baschnagel's future.
Baschnagel Bros. is and has been family-owned and operated through three generations of historical restoration and landmark work. We have a heritage of paying strict attention to the smallest details of our craft, from ornamental cornice steeple work to pointing.
A History Of Keeping The Future In Mind.
We're a modern company utilizing only the best equipment and highly-trained craftsmen to install, repair and maintain all sorts of roofs. Yet while we embrace modern technology, we refuse to abandon our tradition of craftsmanship.
You see, all our roofers must begin as apprentices. Quality control is maintained personally by each supervisor - most of whom have an average on site experience of over 15 years with us. Even our salespeople began as apprentices.
This assures you that your contact at Baschnagel Bros. knows what he's talking about because he's done the work. And he knows what it takes to complete your job on time and on budget.
Our accurate computer files keep routine maintenance quick, efficient and reliable.
As you can see, we have some pretty old-fashioned ideas about modern roofing but by keeping our eye on the future, we preserve the past.
We are certified with New York City and New York State as a WBE and WOSB, EDWOSB as well as 8(a) graduated.
We are the recipient of 9 New York Landmarks awards.
